My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Roofing material?

I see that this question has already been asked without a answer., so I'll try again...would you please reply to what material/color was used for the roof? Thank you:)

    The roofing material is asphalt shingles in black. The brand I believe is Certainteed Roofing, The series is Landmark. I hope that helps.

      I've been looking at CertainTeed for French eclectic house that's always been in cedar, but these look much lighter than the Moire Black. Could they be Georgetown grey? In any case... this house and it's roof are beautiful!!!
