My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Warranty?

I have the Gramercy faucet by Watermark in my home. The cold water handle no longer turns. I have contacted the manufacturer via phone and email and gotten no where with having this faucet's lifetime warranty honored. How can I make some progress on this problem?

    Hello, we can absolutely try and help you. It sounds like all you need is a new cartridge. A cartridge is a part inside the handle that can need replacement ever so often. Do you have the cross handle as shown? We can order one for you. They are at a minimal cost, but if you would like us to submit a warranty claim I would need to know some more information from you.
