Could you do without the pantry?

The panty has already been remodel with a built in fridge in its place so it has to stay :(

It would be worth it to rework the kitchen (again) to remove the pantry or refrigerator from the bathroom space.
In addition, the walk-in closet is wasteful of space in a way which is out of character for the rest of the bedroom suite. That is, the bedroom and bath are small, so it is inappropriate to give away space to the standing area in a walk-in.

I believe you need to consult a designer who is expert in space utilization to expand your master bath into the closet (and pantry) space. At the same time, the kitchen will need to reapportion space for the refrigerator. The bedroom will need to allocate space for modern armoire units, which are less bulky than stud-wall closets.

Too bad you can't take the pantry .However you can improve on the design somewhat by getting rid of the neo angle shower in the corner. Instead run it width wise (from the kitchen to the master bedroom wall). You need to allow 36" of width including the curb, but it does get you a larger shower ( I would guess the room is about 5' wide) where you could do 2 shower heads, ( one at each end) and also a shower seat on the kitchen wall if you want one. It should also free up a bit more space around the toilet. Also get rid of the swing door and go to a pocket door that retracts by the side of the vanity. Keep in mind the towel bar has to go on the pantry wall. Wrap all 3 sides of the walls over the vanity in mirror, from backsplash to ceiling to help visually enlarge the space. ( see photo below) Other than that there is no where else to go with it unless you take the pantry space.
