Hi. I have a 4ft x 4 ft upholstered ottoman that I am recovering. We use it with our dark brown sofa, and I have dark brown hard wood floors. Here is my question. The ottoman legs are dark brown, and the area rug it sits on is almost white. I am recovering it in a very light brown/white giraffe pattern.

Will the dark brown legs stick out like a sore thumb amongst all the cream and white? The original fabric is dark brown and white so now it looks ok, but once I lighten up the fabric, should I replace the legs?
