You know, I was skeptical. And obviously was not going to buy if they weren't comfortable. But they are surprisingly very comfortable

I would go with a glass table as that allows the eye to travel and not block the space. Especially not knowing the size of the space. You dont want to crowd the space

Do you have a photo of your furniture ?

Yeah it's a smaller space inside a condominium. Attached is a picture of the floodplain and the space I'm working with. It's not finished yet, I move in in march and I'm acquiring furniture now.

I would do a Milo Baughman style chrome and glass top table.

Something like this.

I wish I could afford one of those beautiful tables. This is my first home purchase and have a bit of a budget for choosing my furniture. Now, in saying that, although I do have a slight tight budget, I am very handy and have considered refinishing a table/furniture. Attached I have some pictures of a couple used tables in my area. The one with the square design base, I would possibly like to refinish it with some wool, to give it a brushed nickel look to achieve more of an industrial look. The second picture is actually a full table Nd chair set. WhT do you guys think?
