Has anyone had issues with their KWC ONO faucet? We have had 3 of the above which all end up leaking at the spray heads....they have been replaced and the new ones continue to have the same problem. We are now on our third faucet in less than 3 years. Has anyone else seen this happen with this faucet?

I contacted my client to see what her experience has been with the faucet. She said her faucet has never leaked, but that the spray head is hard to turn off, but that with effort it works. She's had the faucet for over 2 years.

dawnthiessen - I had the same problem within a year. My sprayhead will not turn off by releasing the lever. Also, my black cover has pulled away from the base exposing the coil and making the faucet head hang lower than it should. Am just now contacting customer service so don't know if/how it will be resolved. At $1300 - $1500, this is well below expectation. Love the look, not the function.
