I actually wouldn't worry too much about the 25 ft ceilings! With that much vertical space, you have a little more flexibility, but I wouldn't necessarily use the ceiling height as the deciding factor. The windows and sofa are really what anchor that wall visually.

If the artwork feels awkward extending above the window frames, I'd trust that instinct. You could try reducing the gap between the pictures slightly, swapping to a side-by-side arrangement if space allows, or replacing the two pieces with one larger statement piece that feels more proportional to the sofa.

Another option would be adding a subtle picture light above the artwork to make the height feel more intentional. I love that for a coastal home, especially in a natural brass finish!

I'd be curious to see a photo because sometimes it's not the height itself that's throwing things off, but the proportions of everything around it.

Art and its placement is very subjective. Some people have art on all walls from floor to ceiling and some prefer a single piece placed at "eye level", however you define that subjective term.

I place art where it feels right for me and don't care what other people prefer.

Door, window and cased opening heights should not dictate the placement of art.
