My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is custom. Actually it is hot rodded IKEA table tops joined by a plywood undercarage with IKEA table legs, all assembled in a custom way.

    A similar table top from Ikea would be the VIKA AMON http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50121453/
