The tile is made by Porcelanosa. The pattern of the grass cloth looking tile is Yakarta. The tile that makes up the dark band which mimics the wenge wood cabinet has since been discontinued. It was also by Porcelanosa. Porcelanosa tile is carried by tile showrooms all over the US, contact them directly to find a dealer in your area. The Yakarta was very reasonably priced at around $5-6/sf (purchased a couple of years ago, prices may have increased since then).
