Front yard landscape/ Grass

Can dogs play on this kind of grass without messing it up. What about dogs urine. The care and upkeep ?

    The urine goes straight through the turf and the other you would pick it up like you normally would. Upkeep is very simple and dogs love it and can play on it all day long with out worrying of ever getting fleas or ticks or muddy paws.
