Not receiving my order from Hominter.

I bought tile from direct from Hominter that I saw on Houzz but am having a problem getting it after paying for it. I can't get any information on it or even if It is being shipped since the 13th. Are they for real? Jatta

Hi,

Yes, I received it. there wasn't any problem other than it was overseas and it takes a little longer. The tile is beautiful. I am going to put a pic on Houzz when the bathroom is finished. Actually the contractor said it was a little heavier than what we get here. There were very good to deal with. I ran short and they took care of it right away.I dealt with someone named Cloris. I would recommend them. Good Luck!

As China custom department clearance event, all of the packages hold in HK export, so have some days delay, we had pick up the package and ship again by DHL tracking 5821504065, you can receipt it tomorrow, pls kindly noted ,thanks

I see it is in Pittsburgh. I think what happened is I received the wrong tracking number. Thank you Cloris for your prompt replies.Never purchased out of the country before and didn't know what to expect. Will let you know when it arrives.

jatta, did you ever receive your tile? I'm considering something similar from Hominter but before goggling the tile, I'd never heard of them before and don't know anyone who has ordered from them. Thank you!

Thank you so much for letting me know. Yes, please post to Houzz when you're finished! I'd love to see what it looks like in place. What room did you use it in, and on the wall or floor?

I used it on the shower back wall and as borders around the room. Everything else tile is white. My son is a design consultant for many things and he helped me.

That sounds lovely, and just what I've been thinking of. I've always had a weakness for blue and white transferware/pottery so when I saw these my heart jumped. Can't wait to see your photos. Thanks again for getting back to me to let me know.

Just had a thought -- does your son have a page on Houzz? It sounds like I would like his designs : ) .
