Hello! We are in the beginning stages of repurposing our guest room into a home office. The space will be primarily used by my husband while he's in law school. The office needs to be a functional work space but will also serve as a makeshift guest room (sofa pictured has a pull out bed).

Everything in the room will be removed except for the sofa bed. This is a long term rental and we fan point the walls (excluding trim). Any ideas for this space are welcomed! We are pretty lost and don't know exactly where to begin!!
