Colour thoughts: look at Sherwin Williams pure white as a possible base colour. After applying a generous build with multiple coats, while also sanding smooth between them, then build multiple coats of clear gloss of your choice. The trick is to find a gloss that does not "amber" over time. All-told, I beleive there were 9 coats of paint and clear to achieve the final glossy-white result. Pure white without the clear over-coats will not give you the same color effect. As always, do samples and look at those in relationship to the rest of the palette in you room, and your specific lighting. On this project the painter customized everything, therefore an exact formula is not available.
