My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      This would be great for some one like us, our son brings 3 to 4 of his football buddies over every weekend. I Really need to do this considering we still have a few season left before he is off to college and I don't see this habit ending anytime soon.

      We are building a lake house with a kids room which will have this exact set up. It will house our girls and a guest for each.
