Wow, all 3 are great and can appeal to many different styles! For a warm rustic/ farmhouse feel the sandy travertine with oil rubbed bronze hardware would go nice, for a chic modern-farmhouse feel, choose cupped shiny silver hardware. If your style and existing furnishings lean more toward chic-contemporary stick with the darker gray backsplash options and sleek narrow hardware (such as bar pulls). All 3 are neutral enough to compliment any style so long as the appropriate hardware and lighting fixtures are chosen. It'll look great! Post after pics!

The cabinets are an excellent choice. White is huge right now and 49% of homeowners choose some form of white. Both the beige and gray backsplash will go with your black and white palette.
