This room is approx 23 feet long and 19 feet wide with French windows and doors at either end. It's an old cottage, so lots of beams and low ceiling. Pale grey stone floor, natural stone fireplace. When we stated to restore we painted everything white just to make it all look fresh. Now we are more settled, I would like to introduce wall colour. The walls are very uneven, so can't use wallpaper. Would be really grateful for suggestions for paint colours for the walls. Eventually some of the furniture will be in different positions . Especially the TV but we have so few electric sockets that at the moment, it has to be in this position. I prefer a neutral palette but am happy to experiment with something more dramatic, but don't know what colours would work.
