Please give advice for trim paint color, door paint color and shutter paint color and columns

Seriously, your house is already amazing! How about painting the front door only. I'm thinking of Soot from Benjamin Moore ( it's a deep indigo) or something to match your roof.
Some colorful flowers at the feet of your hedge in front of the house. And some flowers in the planters near the front door.
I wouldn't touch the garage doors as they are on the side.
Oops just realized you started testing colors.
Then you could do them if you want.
Add some flowers pot between garage doors.
Keep it simple and classic.

For selling, I think the paint colors on on your home are fine! You want clean and neutral, so if present painted areas need a re-do, I'd keep it classic as you have it now. What would really help it sell would be to pull out the clumpy shrubbery and bushes, giving it an updated landscape that reveals the architecture of your home and doesn't say "I need constant trimming and maintenance." You might want to plant some winter rye or other grass on that dirt patch behind the house. You'll need something that will do well under the trees. As for the front door, I'd simply paint the current door black. New owners can replace it if they want. It is a lovely home and should sell without much effort. When you're ready to stage it inside, post another dilemma an we'll help you there too.

I'd keep garage doors same color. No need to paint. It's a pleasant color that matches the trim. Just freshen up if needed.

I would focus on replacing front door with something more current. An all wood door would work. Black is always nice. You could add a door knocker and/or kick plate to dress it up. Your house is a classic style and will appeal to buyers who want a classic home, so no need to go crazy on the door. A charcoal gray would also work.

Flowers are so important. A big pot of fresh mums and fall pumpkins on the porch, plus flowers along the walkway, then you're ready for the "for Sale" sign.
