What are the shade dimensions? Are there other colors?

I'm loving this wall sconce, but I need a white shade instead of beige. What are the dimensions of this one so I know if I could find a replacement shade or if you could swap it for a white one. Let me know?

    Hello organizedhill! The shade on the Jargon wall sconce is a light beige linen shade. The dimensions on the shade are 12" W x 8" H x 4" depth. They do not offer any other colors at this time. Thank you!
