We are remodeling our small kitchen. It lacks windows but gets ample light from living room windows. I want to keep things light. White shaker cabinets, dark gray quartz counters. Contemporary/transitional feel. I've decided on clear white glass tile backsplash with the slightest hint of blue in the hopes that the reflective light surface will help open up the space. My question is should we go with the standard 3x6? Or would a larger, more elongated tile make the space appear larger, less cluttered? Or would a smaller tile make the cabinet doors appear larger, therefore making the space look bigger? I appreciate any feedback.
