My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Lot size and footprint

Hi - could you share the dimensions of this gorgeous house? The lot, the width and depth of the actual house? Was there a height restriction with this project?

    The lot was 29'x120' and the house was approximately 21'x48' (plus the verandah). It was about 1/2" below the maximum allowable building height.

      Interesting. 1/2" below the maximum height but the multi-story next door. Sounds like a planning commission

      Is 35ft the max height to build homes in your Area?? want to build one with this look and a third floor but have to be under 35ft!! What is the height on each floor of this house??

      Actually the maximum height where this home was built was 10m (approximately 32'-10"). The floor heights on this are: main - 9'-1", second - 8'-1", and third 7'-10". The floor systems are all built with 14" joists. Hope that helps!
