Cabinet Hardware quandary

I am planning in using 5 in handles on the cabinet doors and bin cup pulls on the drawes...my problem is the various heights of the doors and widths of the drawers. Some doors are 53 in tall and others are 29 and 24 inches. Do I vary the sizes based on the height and widths?
