You'll definitely want a rug and probably art over the couch and near the dining room table. There's no right answer about color, just what you like. Two main approaches to take on that:

1) look at a bunch of pictures that start with your base colors and see what different accents look like, then work with the ones that appeal most.

2) find a large piece that you like and build everything around that -- this might be a particular rug that has neat patterns or colors, or a painting or other piece of art that has some tones you can draw from for, say, accent pillows and other coordinating elements.

It's possible to stay monochromatic -- make all your art about pattern, not color -- but most people find that a bit sterile, so I'd suggest a couple of accent colors, at least. Will pick some examples that range from minimal to more color, just as a starting point...

S&A, there is dinning room also.

For dinning thinking about glass table and black leather chairs 4 of them.pictures are attached. Orange and blue tones seems attractive to me, also thinking about black and white area rug. Will it work together? Also fancy chandelier for some sparkles or shine in the room. Putting art behind sofa sounds like a good idea to me. How big the art should be by the way because wall is too high.

all sounds good. need a reasonably large picture, but I think you can stick with horizontal and ignore the highness of the wall -- just scale it for the living room and let the walls higher up speak for themselves.

What you have isn't terrible -- I'd get everything else figured out, and maybe you'll get an idea of what you might want for a new light. Could imagine a solid round white globe, some cool modern thing like MOMA sells, or something with more glass. Dig around on a lighting store's site (LampsPlus or AllModern, say) and see what catches your eye -- there's not a right answer!
