Sorry for the delay! We reached out to our lighting vendor for his best quess as these were client-supplied. And to our dismay, here is what the trusted Ron Welch of Ferguson Bath, Kitchen, & Lighting Gallery, Hilliard OH says, "In my expert opinion, I think it might be a Nulco chandelier and unfortunately the company went out of business several year ago."
