paint the facia -trim around the roof peaks, if at all possible. paint it white to accent. then if your budget can afford, get a simple white railing for the front porch and add a post to the corner. it seems really bare right now with the simple black railing. its a small portion of railing, so im sure you could do an affordable wood or plastic railing. the siding color isn't too bad, and you don't want to start removing it yourself with the asbestos

The shutters are way too narrow. They should look as if they could actually cover the window. Either get larger ones or eliminate them. If you keep them, match or use a slightly darker shade of what ever you paint the front door.

Also, the small plantings are anemic. It looks like you have a walkway extending past the front of the house. If so, consider a line of small evergreens on the grass side of the path. Boxwoods are nice and easy ti keep neat.

I'm confused where guests enter the porch. It looks like the driveway is on the right and the steps are on the left of the door. That is the first thing I would change. Put wide steps directly in front of the door. However, if the main parking is to the left its probably ok.
I like the paint color you have but would paint the front door. Pretty much pick your favorite color (not pastels).

As finances allow, replace the corner post with a square post and add new railings. Landscaping will also help a lot.

It would help to post photos of your house from the adjacent sides.

After looking at this again, the steps to the porch should go down straight in front of the door.
