For symmetry, use a pair of matching credenzas flanking the FP and put the TV on the side opposite the bar, so stool and bar snacking traffic don't interfere with watching TV. Wall mount TV on an articulated arm or set it on a swivel base atop the credenza. Put a large piece of art above the other credenza. Float a sofa perpendicular to the first window right of the porch/entry, facing and centered on the FP. Add a pair of small scale swivel chairs. They can flank the sofa, facing each other over a coffee table, or they can sit side by side on the bar side of the space. If you prefer them together on the bar side, you can add an upholstered bench under the three windows for more seating. A nice chandelier would be better than a ceiling fan, and could be doubled by a mirror over the mantel. In such a small space you might try a pendant/hanging chandy over the dining table and a semi-flush mate to it on the LR ceiling, but it wouldn't be doubled by the mirror, so you'd want a great piece of art on the entry wall that would be reflected. You could anchor it with a console table.
