My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    That was 6 years ago and I do not have the information available. I think it might have been Minka, not sure if it is still available. Good luck in your search for lighting!

    Great, good luck with your project. We are using a lot more transitional lighting today with lighter finishes, drum shades, and less fuss. This is a beautiful traditional look but most people are going a little more transitional now.

    Yes, I am looking for lighter finishes - these are a little too heavy for us - and they are in every room. It will be a slow process, but fun! I really appreciate your help!
