My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The monocoat finish is fantastic. Without the Pre color is still looks great. Here is the White applied over White Oak.

    Thank you for your quick reply and the pictures!! your floor looks amazing. I tried out the samples from mono coat on our floor and it came out very blotchy... so I guess I have to sanded out more to make it even without using the pre color. Thank you!! I will get the white5% like yours.

    Sorry to bother you. One more question. Did you use Raw Cleaner before applying 5% White Natural Oil? Also was it fairly easy to apply? Our hardwood floor refinish guy have never been used Monocoat before. I wonder if it's better to hire someone else who has experiences with the Monocoat... Thanks in advance.
