Bathroom vanity and undermount rectangle sink

My double vanity is being custom made . It is being made 20 inch deep (designer recommends this due to the shower tile and counter meet. The granite will be 21 inch deep. The length of granite is 63 inches. I want to know if I can fit 2 rectangular under mount sinks into this area.
I think the smallest rectangle white porcelain sink is 20.5 by 16 inch. Will I have enough counter space and will custom cabinet being one inch under the normal (20 inch instead of 21 Inch) be sufficient for 2 rectangular and wide enough for sink of 16 inch and a single hole faucet. Thanks!!
