My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is beautiful. Hey, I didn't notice that the design is by you - we have met on the Eichler tour and I live in the Highlands. I believe you did the Bunker Hill house? Can you recommend a contractor? I am doing a small bath remodel. I talked to Henry Calvert (he has done small jobs for me before) who quoted $35K for my small, small space where no plumbing is being moved. No pressure to answer.

    I used to be an interior designer and I admire your work on Eichlers.
