Stone and ledges

The patio looks like full color bluestone, is this correct? Also what type of stone is used on the ledges for the caps? Thanks!

    Hi - We used full color "premium" Pennsylvania flagstone, we used thermal bluestone for the caps. The bluestone caps were cut out of a full block at the quarry for consistency in color specially for this project. We also had the edges chiseled for a more rustic look.

    Are you pleased with the premium stones as it shows some rust? I understand true thermal ones will not show rust but they are at least $3 more psf wondering if that is worth it or not.

    Emily - This is a natural stone. It is called Pennsylvania Flagstone.
