These walls were flat but only to downplay texture. I prefer Eggshell on walls as a standard for being more liveable unless there is heavy texture to disguise. Ceilings always in Flat. Only on the most expensive architecture can you get away with gloss on surfaces because they must be absolutely perfect and few houses are built that way.
