We couldn't find the size and style we wanted, so we sent a drawing that took an hour or so to a local company and they made it from MDF with a white high gloss lacquered finish Just because it was bespoke didn't make it particularly expensive, it is worth looking these companies as they can be very competitive and you get a much more superior product.
