Trying to make the most out of ~400 sqft. Initially wanted seperate closets, but large square, shared closet made most sense. New architectural drawings favor seperate, as space is more narrow, rectangular and has a few bump outs. Laundry would have hex front wall(3 large windows) which excludes upper cabinets and ends up ~14x8, but awkward with angled walls. Total closet availability is 20x10, with additional bumpout of 3x6 at one side/end. Any suggestions as I like to consider resale and what most people are looking for when buying. Entire addition is ~14x28, but can be adjusted(might alter exterior design options).
