In western Washington we BBQ all year round unless it's too windy, or when we have cold spells.

In fact, no. But with this outdoor temperature of 18 C we have a very mild fall and it would be possible. Problem is we have to go through our living room to get into our garden. An open door will make the central heater turn on.

Here in Pennsylvania we grill all winter except when it is very, very cold. We have a lg. covered porch, and the grill stays out year round!

We BBQ all year round- and we live in Toronto, ON., Canada. Our BBQ is just outside our kitchen on our deck. Food just tastes better from the BBQ.

First thing we do is shovel a path to the grill when it snows.......so yes, we are grilling in the fall when we just have leaves swirling around and maybe 40 degrees in the evenings now.

Grill year round. Even when we lived in Norway we cleared the patio, made snow benches and lit the charcoal. The neighbors thought we were nuts.

Update: we barbecued last saturday. Sitting outside with many of our neighbours. Never done it before this late in october; it was 23C. It was extremely warm for this time of the year.
Now it's over, fall has come with storm and rain.
We'll have to wait until spring.

We have bbq'd a few times in these last few (warm fall ) weeks. Over the winter, we might bbq a couple of times (bring bbq to front of garage) but we definitely will on feb 21 - my husband's birthday and he wants bbq steak!
