My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Not sure about this exact ceiling, but typically, a ceiling finish should be matte.

    No, the ceiling is flat paint, like all the walls. Only doors and trim are usually semi-gloss.

    The ceiling is drywall, and it's framed and detailed so it appears to be suspended.
