Hi, what plant/hedge is this?

    The plant is one of the smaller leaved Hebe's of which there are many varieties. This one I feel sure is Hebe Mrs Winder which in the UK flowers from late summer through the autumn but it is mainly the rich purple colour that the foliage turns in winter that makes it so attractive.
