But where do I find a replacement?

I found this sensational mid century bronze table base, however the tiny bumpers that attached to holes in the base to support the glass top are missing. Where do I find the correct replacements, and what exactly should I be searching for? Any leads much appreciated!

    Looks like silicone bumpers that they use on cupboard doors so they don't bang.
    Check out home depot or local hardware store.
