My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I need some advice on outside columns, door color and such. I have recently downsized....alot.....and i am going in this small home. I did not get to pick the outside colors so I need some advice on how to make this new smaller home....homey..rustic...

any ideas on colors, porch decor, etc.?
