obviously this room will be used for tv.... but what else? my initial thought would be to put the tv above the fireplace and float the couch in the room opposite... leaving a walkway behind the couch.... add an area rug to anchor and define this grouping.... and a chair by the fireplace...... for my house I'd put a small "game" table with a chair or two in the window area .... great little nook for a secondary seating arrangement.... maybe a reading nook....

I would put TV under the Air Conditioner and a large mirror above fireplace
couch on the other wall with ether a love seat or 2 chairs

it's just a living room I already got an L shape couch so putting the TV under the ac won't make the L shape fully used
