Thank you for the great ideas. Due to building permit, 400 sq. ft/25' high was the largest I could build. It is around a RV for now. I plan on something 10'x12' out front; gazebo, patio, bar, serving area. I have only 5' on the left side lot line where the main entrance will be. There will be an elevated walk to the door. I also plan a canopy; square or circular perhaps with stainless wrap. I might try to carry that look inside over the fireplace. I am just learning about Modern design which I love, so I hope not to make too many errors.
