My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Item broke

I ordered one of these previously (order 1475-7950-0454-2374) and the cylindrical section broke after the item was received. I see there is an unconditional lifetime warranty on the product. Can I get a refund? I am currently placing an order for two more.

    I can send the large unbroken piece back but do not have the broken section anymore. Can I still get a refund? I can send the larger piece out tomorrow.
