Correction to my closet width.

I guess my closet is barely over 4 ft wide and 4 1/2 feet deep. I am thinking of making it longer but I am not sure if it is wide enough for a design like this. Can you please advise?

Hi Everythingnice. The closet was approx 5 ft square. Ideally you should allow for 24inches for hanging width. The shelving was 14 inches which allowed for a 2 ft wide x 3 ft deep walking space. Sadly the apartment didn't allow for a more palatial Walk-in, but for this project it worked perfectly.
