Need help for master bathroom remodeling

On a wall measuring 108" wide that is at the opposite end of the entrance to the bathroom, I'm hanging his and her individual hung vanities measuring 31.5"w X 20.75"h X 19.4"deep. Above them will be medicine cabinets measuring 25.6"w X 23.6"h X 5.9"d (will be recessed). On each side of each med. cabinet will be sconces whose base is 4.75"w and height of 13.25", so I'm planning on a total of 4 sconces. My questions are: (1) Sconces: what should be the separation between the two middle sconces which, to my mind, would determine the separation between the rest of the furniture. Also how many inches from the med. cabinet should each sconce be? I'm panicking that I don't have room for 4 sconces, so perhaps only two at the outside of each vanity? Ideally, I'd like the hung vanities not less than 12" from the end of the wall, and it seems that with four sconces, I won't get that. Or is my problem worse?
(2) Vanities: I'm planning on the top of the vanity to be 33" from the floor. Is this generally ok? I'm 4'11" and husband is 5'10", but we're planning on selling in 3 years.
P.S. Vanity photo is an approximation; couldn't get the individual one

Thank you so much!! Judy Cole
