Im considering moving into a flat where only 3 rooms have windows & those windows are small and near the ceiling. The flat is already painted white & the light would need to be on all the time. I'm wondering if living there is going to be at all do-able? Can i do anything to make the place feel any better? I can't imagine not being able to look out of a window again!
