I templated the bay window and cut a piece of birch plywood to fit the window. There is no real millwork involved other than the cutting. Does that help? Please let me know if you need more information.

Thank you! It is lovely. My flat screen TV is on an arm on the wall in the corner. I am planning same concept (2 corner tables-like shelves) as a media rack. It should be perfect and (if as pretty as your table) better than what is on the market for corner media furniture.
