better that direction. can you find colors from the rug for your accent pillows? pink seems like a non sequitur... if it's black and white (can't tell at this bleary hour), then maybe graphical pillows, or a semi-neutral like olive, rather than this odd disjuncture?

Select a color from a piece of art or some color you can move through the house that exists. Orange is great against gray. Is it anywhere else in a nearby room. This way you have one or two strong colors you can use against neutrals throughout the house.

What a great start! I think your mirror is hung too high, lowering it will add some drama, or change it to large artwork and choose pillow colors from the art. I like the color of the pillows for a pop of color but the pattern on them does not go with the rug in my opinion. I would go light blue or green or the same orange with no pattern. Have you thought about curtains? Might add some warmth and complete the room more.
