We are renovating our kitchen and converting our attached garage to make a kitchen great room. Almost all decisions have been made and permits filed however we are struggling with how to heat/cool our new room. We currently have steam heat and use window units for ac in summer. We have discussed several options with our contractor but are finding pros and cons with each option. Curious if anyone has had a similar project or feedback.
