My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Broken outer glass

We purchased this product a few months ago and never had the chance to hang it until today. The outer glass is broken, I know that we should have opened the box upon receipt but we didn't. So my bad, now wondering if we could purchase the outer glass alone just to replace the broken one. Thank you very much.
