Are the tiles grouted? If so do you know the color? Looking to do a similar floor. thx

We found a very good slate-Montauk Black from Oregon Tile and Marble. We used 24" X 24" cut to various length and widths.

I have tried to find the answer to your question, but unfortunately it looks as though the grouting was not specified by us. Looking closely at the photos we have, my best guess is that they are grouted in a dark gray color to blend in with the flooring.

What kind of tiles and what size. We are planning flooring in a similar room.

We also used Montauk Black Brazilian Slate from Oregon Tile + Marble; we cut what was 39"x79" slabs to 36"x48" tiles for installation.

In Flooring Applications, grouting is required to insure durability, otherwise the stone will be damaged.
