love the idea of a drawer. it would certainly free up space on my already small counter.

We make these pullouts custom. The stainless steel tub were purchased at a restaurant supply for about $7.

Were the drawer slides photoshopped out or does this pullout operate with slides inside/underneath?

We use Blum Tandem drawer slides which are referred to as an "under mounted" drawer slide. Athletically they are much nicer and they have the built-in soft-close function.

I am sorry to say we build these custom for our customers and needed. If you would like to provide this design the concept is very easily reproduced. It is simply a drawer with a top with hole cut in it to fit the stainless steel tubs and a face panel to accommodate the two drawer fronts. You can find the stainless tubs at most restaurant supplies.

I think the ones in the picture are approximately are 4 1/2" Diameter

For anyone looking for the stainless steel liners for this great storage idea, I believe the bain maries from Vollrath will work. You can't order straight from Vollrath, but if you search for them online you will find places that sell to the public.
